What size files can be uploaded into the Extranet?

Files up to 40mb can be uploaded into a Project by any user who has ‘modify’ permission for that Project. A number of our customers use the Project Extranet as a replacement FTP solution for the transfer of artwork files and large blueprint documents.



Do Projects have to be called Projects?

No, Project is the default generic term but you can change the system settings so that throughout the Extranet ‘Projects’ are called something else. For example Orders, Contacts, Sites, Jobs, or whatever term best suites your business. We will take you through the options when it comes to setting up your Extranet.



Can the publishing of content to the Extranet be automated?

Yes. The Project Extranet has an API that can be used to provide full automation and so can connect to your existing systems. Additionally the Project Extranet also comes with a plug-in framework that allows extensions to be embedded right in to the Project Summary and Details. Are there any limits to the number of users you can have?
